Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course for your own personal or professional learning. Sharing account access, redistributing course materials, or reselling them is not permitted.

3. Payment & Access

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to your course is granted immediately after successful payment, and download details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the intellectual property of TechLearnAI or its licensors. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechLearnAI provides educational content only and makes no guarantee of any particular financial, commercial, or career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, TechLearnAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
